We respect ourselves, our family, our teammates, our coaches and our peers. If we want to be respected, we must respect others.

PERSEVERANCE
Success is no accident and it does not happen overnight. Perseverance is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did.

HUMILITY
“Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it's thinking of yourself less." We will have an attitude of others and not self. There is always a bigger picture than just us.

GIVING BACK
We will encourage and give to those around us and in our community. 10% of our camp profits are donated to non-profit organizations.

FINISH STRONG
Also excellence. Everything we do, we do with excellence, we finish strong everytime. The way we do anything, is the way we do everything.

INTEGRITY 
In everything we do we have integrity. If we mess up in a drill we take responsibility for our own actions, we own it, we correct, we do not wait for someone else to address it.

CLASS
In all environments, on and off the field, we will act with class. We do not do anything that embarrasses our family, RGA, our club, our school or ourselves. We do not bully or tease each other. We are encouragers that operate with the utmost class.

LEADERSHIP
We are leaders on and off the field. We are the example.

CARING
Caring and encouragement. We encourage each other and care for one another in the academy.
