We have a 2- hour minimum cancellation for sick or injury related cancellations and a 24-hour cancellation policy for all other cancellations. Those who fail to notify us will lose their credits.
Once packages and/or memberships are purchased there are no refunds offer. In the event of multiple weekends of extreme weather that causes a cancellation, we will extend sessions through the end of our 3 month training cycle by 2-additional weeks for make-up. However, this will not be offered if you fail to attend our normal as schedule training without cancellations.
If you're on the 3-month seasonal membership or a package you must use all credits within the 3-month period or they will be lost.
Goalkeepers are divided into groups based on skill, fitness, and age. See description above to determine which group you and your goalkeeper would be a best fit.
We will be implementing strict COVID-19 precautions. Hand sanitizing stations will be set-up at each field. If players come in contact with or test positive for COVID or a family member within the same household does, we require all players to quarantine and come to training for 14-days. Credits will be considered as long as we have received written communication and proof of a positive COVID-19 test from the client. This can be emailed to info@richmondgoalkeepingacademy.com.
We are Rain or Shine. In the event of snow, ice, extreme cold below 18 degrees, extreme heat (dangerous heat indexes), thunder or lightning we will seize and/or cancel practice. If lightning or thunder occurs we may push training by 45-minutes if the storm looks like it will pass. Otherwise we will cancel training and open up our rain days to stretch training out.
Goalkeepers who attend 6 or more training sessions will receive a RGA Evaluation within 4-weeks after preseason is completed. Goalkeepers are evaluated on their progress through the program. Metrics we evaluate technical skills, physical skills, tactical skills, mental, social, and leadership skills.
Goalkeepers who prepaid for sessions may pay as they go at the same discounted rate that they purchased their package at. The more sessions you prepay for the lower the discounted rate will be.
